This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, prepared, and delivered. It explains estimated timelines and the general shipping procedure from order placement to delivery.
2. Shipping Availability and Costs
Shipping is available within the United Kingdom only and is offered free of charge. No additional shipping fees are applied at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent automatically. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 14:00 GMT are processed on the next business day. Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
4. Delivery Estimates
After processing, transit typically takes 4–6 days (Monday to Friday). The total estimated timeframe, including processing and transit, is approximately 5–9 business days. All timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays.
5. Shipment Tracking
- All orders include tracking access via the order tracking page.
- A shipping confirmation email is sent once the order has been dispatched.
- You will then receive a separate shipping update email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
6. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before processing begins by contacting support@montrielle.com. Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible. Orders that have already entered processing cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return and Refund Policy if a return is required.
7. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If an item is received incorrect or damaged, customers should contact support@montrielle.com with the following details:
- Order number,
- Description of the issue,
- Supporting images of the product.
After review, eligible cases will result in a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.
8. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to factors such as high order volumes, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related issues. An additional allowance of up to 3 business days may apply beyond the estimated timeframe. If delivery is significantly delayed, customers can contact support at support@montrielle.com for assistance.
